‘Tis the season to be shopping! With the holidays fast approaching, not to mention Black Friday and Cyber Monday events, we want to lay out some important tips and dates to keep in mind when ordering goods that you’ll want in time for the holidays.
Remember to factor in the time it will take for your vendor to prepare and ship your orders to our Miami air or ocean cargo facilities. Be guided by your vendor’s delivery promise when selecting your shipping option at checkout to ensure your packages arrive on time.

E-BOX AIR SHIPPING
Deadline is Friday 10 December 2021
Packages should arrive at our Miami address and you should upload all invoices to your e-box account by Friday 10 December for Christmas delivery. We will endeavour to clear all items shipped after this date as quickly as possible but cannot ensure delivery before Christmas.
Download the e-box app and be on the lookout for packages with Missing Value status because the package will not ship until you upload the correct invoice. Allow one business day for the invoice to be reviewed and approved.
Proactively track your orders using the tracking number supplied by your vendor. When your order has been delivered to our facility in Miami, the package will appear in your list within two business days (up to five days for USPS). If you still do not see it, click “Search for Package Not Received” and follow the prompts.

OCEAN SHIPPING
Deadline is Friday 3 December 2021
Ocean cargo packages should be pre-alerted with the invoice, arrive at our Miami warehouse and you should give the go-ahead to ship no later than December 3rd for Christmas delivery. A word of caution, this December sailing will clear Customs very close to Christmas therefore we urge customers to target the Nov. 25 sailing. For a detailed schedule of upcoming sailings and cut-off dates visit mbe.ky/ocean-ship.
You must Pre-Alert your expected ocean orders from the Ocean Ship webpage (not e-box!) once you have received the shipping confirmation from your vendor. Click on Ocean Pre-Alert on our website: www.mbe.ky/ocean-ship and submit one Pre-alert per order.
