Moving an existing e-box or mailbox account
Existing e-box customers wishing to move their e-box account to our new store at Harbour Walk may do so in one simple step. Visit our website mbe.ky/e-box and click the “Change my pick-up location” button to submit the request. The change will take effect in two business days. Customers can then begin collecting e-box packages from our Harbour Walk store and they can keep using the same CBY#.
Setting up a new e-box account
Customers interested in setting up a new e-box account for online shopping and shipping to the Cayman Islands should visit mbe.ky/e-box. Customers will select their preferred store when creating the account.
Physical and Virtual Mailboxes
New and existing customers wishing to have a local mailbox at Harbour Walk can submit their application online at www.mbe.ky/mailboxes. We offer traditional physical mailboxes with a key, as well as virtual mailboxes where you can view your mail with a mobile app and select actions on how you would like us to handle the mail. We regret that existing mailbox customers cannot keep the same mailbox number (i.e. address) when changing store location and a new mailbox number will be assigned.
Ocean shipping packages will continue to be collected from our Camana Bay store or via home delivery only.
